The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Kimp's Shrimp and Pimp", where shrimp and pimp both end in the sound "-imp", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Kimp. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Capussi's", implying that the two words beginning with "S" and "p" would have ended with "-ussi", rhyming with "Capussi". So, when Capussi owned the shop, it would have been called "Capussi's Sussy and Pussy". This is also the part where you dance and the part where you boogie.
