On a scale of 1-10 how sad are these Anime's listed below I have existential dread every once in a while, I lost the ability to think what emotions really mean so I like to sit in a dark room, and watch animes that have message or bring out deep emotion.

It's subjective enough that another person's score will not mean anything to you. For example, of the anime you posted I think only Clannad is worth watching more than once, the others are cheesy or just uninteresting after the first watch.
